shutting down daap does not disconnect itunes cleanly

Description

problem:

  1. start higgins and enable daap plugin.
  2. start itunes (tested on 8.1.1)
  3. connect to daap share using itunes.
  4. stop higgins while itunes is still connected.

expected: higgins share disappears from the sidebar in itunes.

actual: higgins share is still visible, but clicking on it doesn't do anything.
